Upload your data

Played a session with the addon? Three steps: 1) leave the game or run /reload — the addon writes the file to disk; 2) find NearbySpy.lua (path below); 3) send it with the form below — your encounters join the shared statistics. Upload requires signing in to your account.

Sign in to upload the file

The file is account-wide: `WTF/Account/<account>/SavedVariables/NearbySpy.lua` inside the game client folder (`_classic_beta_` for the beta). Full path on Windows: `C:\Games\World of Warcraft\_classic_beta_\WTF\Account\<account>\SavedVariables\NearbySpy.lua`, on Mac: `/Applications/World of Warcraft/_classic_beta_/WTF/Account/<account>/SavedVariables/NearbySpy.lua`. The file appears after the first logout or /reload with the addon installed.

For automation there is MCP upload: the upload_saved_variables tool (needs a free API key from your profile).
